Why Wunderbricks made this integration
Since January 1st 2008 it is mandatory in the Netherlands to hand over a final (registered) energy label upon sale, rental and completion of a building. This is the copy of the energy label, containing all information about the energy performance of the building and the possibilities for improvement. Integrating this official database with Wunderbricks means:
